TICKET TERMS, WAIVER & MEDIA RELEASE
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Toronto Music Festival Yacht Party Cruise 2026 ("Event"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Assumption of Risk
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending and participating in the Event, including but not limited to risks arising from transportation, boarding and disembarking the vessel, weather conditions, crowds, dancing, food and beverage consumption, and the actions of other attendees.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release, waive, and forever discharge Where It's At Entertainment, its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, sponsors, performers, venue operators, vessel owners, affiliates and partners from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your attendance at the Event, including claims for personal injury, illness, property damage, theft or other losses, except where prohibited by law or caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Personal Responsibility
You agree to comply with all Event rules, venue policies, security procedures and applicable laws. You are responsible for your own actions and personal belongings throughout the Event.
Photo & Video Release
By attending the Event, you grant Where It's At Entertainment and its authorized representatives the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to photograph, film, record, livestream and otherwise capture your name, image, likeness, voice and appearance. You authorize the use, reproduction, editing, publication, distribution, and display of these materials in any media, now known or later developed, for promotional, advertising, marketing, editorial, social media, commercial or other lawful purposes, without compensation, notice, inspection or additional consent.
Ticket Policy
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or if the Event is canceled without a rescheduled date.
Event Changes
The Event schedule, performers, entertainment, amenities, vessel, departure time and other details are subject to change without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund unless required by applicable law.
Removal From Event
Event organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, illegal or violates Event policies, without refund.
Agreement
By purchasing a ticket or entering the Event, you confirm that you are at least 19 years of age (or otherwise meet the Event's admission requirements), have read and agree to these terms, and consent to be legally bound by them.
