Toronto Bengali Young Professionals Networking Night & Mentorship Launch

Join us for a fun networking event dedicated to Toronto’s Bengali Young Professionals. Connect, converse, and create lasting relationships with like-minded young Bengali professionals from various fields at the event.

Event Highlights:

• Networking Night: Come alone or with friends. There will be plenty of opportunities to network, mix, and mingle. We will have ice-breakers to get to know each other.
• Mentorship Program Launch: We’re excited to announce the launch of the TBYP Mentorship Program, and we’ll be sharing all the details at the event. This is a great chance to learn how you can participate as a mentor or mentee.
• Speakers: The event will feature short speeches from some of our mentors, who will share their experiences and career journeys. The speaker list will be updated soon, but it will aim to include professionals from healthcare, tech, HR, marketing, banking, government, etc. If you would like to be a mentor for TBYP, please reach out to [email protected].

TBYP Mentorship Program Details:

The program will connect mentors and mentees from diverse professional backgrounds. Mentors will be paired 1:1 with a mentee and share career insights, offer guidance, and support mentees in their professional development. The program involves a regular monthly coffee chat, encouraging meaningful conversations and building professional relationships. Please note that this program is not focused on job placements but on building professional connections. Mentorship application form will be posted on TBYP socials after the event.

Event Details:

• Location: Party Room, 153 Beecroft. Upon entry, turn left and proceed to the Party Room.

• Time: Doors open at 7:30 PM.

• Dress Code: Business casual.

• Tickets: The ticket fee covers venue rental and associated costs. Sandwich platters, snacks, and drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Parking: Parking is not provided by the building. Please use the nearest Green P lot for convenience.
