Rooftop Revue is a live music series on a secret rooftop in The Junction (Keele and Dundas), Toronto, ON. We feature emerging and established artists from both Toronto, across Canada, and Worldwide. The series is BYOB and there are only 35 seats per show. As the shows take place at a private residence, the exact address will appear on the ticket confirmation page, and further details will be emailed to you two days before the show.
Alex Whorms
On her feet, dancing behind her beloved keyboard, Alex Whorms (“warms”) crafts music that is a genre unto itself - blending indie pop, alt rock, folk, jazz, classical and almost anything else that strikes her fancy, infusing everything with authentic emotion.
The Hamilton Arts Award winner and Humber College graduate has appeared across Canada on festival stages, national TV, and CBC. In addition to her artist project, Whorms is also a lead performer in the Classic Troubadours Live tributes to Carole King, Joni Mitchell, Sheryl Crow and Norah Jones.
Her cathartic fourth EP, Daylight Chasing Dusk, comes out Sept 25.
RON
RON is a Toronto-based singer-songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist. Her music blends groovy piano riffs, soulful sax, and raw vocals into evocative arrangements of resilience and healing. Ranging from groovy pop R&B to indie soul, she’s drawn comparisons to Lucy Rose, Charlotte Day Wilson, Fiona Apple, and Regina Spektor.
RON just released her debut self-produced album CHRISES, which was written after the passing of her father.
