The wild and wise women of our ancient ancestors knew the need for community with other divine feminine souls in the sacred space of baring ourselves in full surrender.
We have reclaimed this practice.
Set in a darkened room filled with the light of candles, this gathering is a practice for rebel souls to celebrate the sacredness of their bodies.
Unburdened and whole, exactly as we are. No pretenses, no shame.
This is a collision of ecstatic dance, gentle movement, and restorative rest. A meditative practice, this is a space to sink into the radical concept that when we bare ourselves in a circle of kindred souls, we tend to, and heal, the parts of ourselves that often hold wounds, both known and unknown.
This is a space to take back the holiness of our skin, and invoke the full embodiment of the Goddess.
This is a practice that eradicates shame, guilt, and fear, leaning into gratitude, trust, and wonder. It is a practice of moving the awareness of our body from the discovery of the maiden, through the nurturing ability of the mother, and to the pure wisdom of the crone, without reservation or apology.
Our gathering begins clothed, feel free to adorn your body in something that makes you feel beautiful (like a silk robe, or jewelry, or even lingerie). Over the course of the gathering, we will disrobe from the waist up in a sacred container. You can expect dance, soft body movement, breathwork, meditation, lots of props, being tucked in, hands-on soft touch (with consent), candles & a sharing circle.
Whether you're comfortable in your physical form and want to celebrate it, or you’re looking to practice greater love & kindness toward accepting your body, this meditation is for you.
