In this hands-on workshop, we’ll explore how to use topical herbal remedies to ease pain and inflammation, drawing from both Chinese and Western herbal traditions. You’ll learn about herbs that support circulation, reduce stagnation, and relieve discomfort through salves, liniments, poultices, and plasters. We’ll dive into traditional preparation methods and participants will get to make and take home their own herbal formulas. Along the way, we’ll discuss the energetic and physical properties of key herbs and how to match them to different types of pain. Whether you're addressing sore muscles, joint pain, or chronic tension, this workshop offers practical tools for herbal relief.
