Anglo - French folksters Topette!! are delighted to be returning to the fantastic Crookes Club in Sheffield on their 2026 UK Tour. The band play exciting acoustic dance music, perfect for French (balfolk) dancing, but equally good for listeners.Topette!! will be celebrating the release of their fifth album, Tazon, and playing a varied set from across their 12 year history...

The Topette!! Summer Tour starts in just over a month's time. We're delighted to announce that, for one night only, we'll be joined by the brilliant Rowan Rheingans, playing a solo bal set as a warm-up for our Sheffield gig at Crookes Social Club, on Tuesday the 9th of June...
"Rowan Rheingans is an award-winning fiddle player, banjoist and singer best known for her work with acclaimed English folk band Lady Maisery and prog folk duo The Rheingans Sisters with whom she has won two BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards and is six-times nominee. But perhaps her greatest love of all is to play for dancing! Approaching the bal as a collaboration between musician and dancers, Rowan will be influenced by you who move on the dance floor, drawing on her deep knowledge of Swedish and French grooves while inviting in contemporary influences."
