Top Brass, now in its 8th year, travels East to the Orient hosted by China! Come experience The Year of the Dragon and a fine dinner chosen specifically for the Sacramento Steampunk Society and the Annual Peace Summit gathering. Tables seat 10-12 attendees each and the dishes are served family style. It will be a cash pay at entry affair as the restaurant has requested one check. Details on the meal selection will be added later but you can expect the dinner (w/tax & tip) to run $35 which also includes the table favors associated with the Top Brass Event. Please wear your finest ceremonial, formal, or steampunk attire and dress to represent any international country including the host country if you choose. Don't miss the 8th annual Top Brass Summit and all the splendor of the Manchu Dynasty of China on Sat, Nov. 9th.

Wonton Soup (w/pork & shrimp)
Vegetable Spring Rolls
Beef Fried Rice
Chicken Chow Mein
Sweet & Sour Chicken
Broccoli Beef
Honey Walnut Shrimp
Tea
The meal is served Family Style and most tables seat 10. If you have specific requirements it will be up to you to arrange the meal and will require some extra effort to work it into our "One Check" agreement with the restaurant.
If you do not like Chinese food this is not the event for you.
