TAFE Queensland is collecting your personal information via Eventbrite for the purpose of facilitating and managing your graduation ceremony. In accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld), your personal information will be accessed/used for this purpose by staff employed by, or on behalf of, TAFE Queensland. Your information may be shared with Sheila Sissons Photography and The Gown Chick for this purpose. Your information will be stored in the USA. Your information will not be provided to any other person or agency unless you have provided TAFE Queensland with permission, or as otherwise outlined in the TAFE Queensland Privacy Policy, or where disclosure is permitted or required by law. Your information will be stored securely. If this information is not collected you may not be able to participate in the graduation ceremony. Info: Graduands will enter the auditorium ahead of their guests to take their seats and participate in a mandatory briefing session. This briefing will cover key instructions for the ceremony, including stage procedures and seating arrangements.
Please ensure the following before entering the auditorium:

Use the restroom beforehand, as you will not be able to leave once the briefing begins.
Leave all personal belongings with your guests. Any items you bring into the auditorium must be carried with you across the stage, as you may not return to your original seat.
