What is Tooting Run Club (TRC)?

TRC is a free community activity programme for beginner and intermediate runners aged 18 or over. TRC aims to widen participation and increase activity levels of local people. We provide a safe space to exercise and training with us can help develop your fitness, improve your running times, introduce you to new people, and benefit your overall well-being.

How to participate

All of our sessions are free but you need an Eventbrite ticket for every session that you wish to attend. It is one ticket per person; if you wish to book a second ticket on behalf of a friend, please book the second ticket in their name. We have a bag drop on site.

About this session

Please arrive from around 18:20 so we can get you signed in and ready to start from 19:00. These sessions are incredibly popular so there may be in a queue waiting to check-in if you leave it too late!

• By booking a place, you are confirming that you are fit and well to participate in running and exercise.

• If you have any existing medical conditions, please check with your doctor that it is safe for you to train.

• If you begin to feel unwell during the course of a session, please stop exercising and inform the group lead.

• Please ensure that the group lead is aware if you’re unable to continue and you need to leave the session early.

• If you have any special needs requirements, please let us know.

Photography

We have a roaming photographer taking pics of the sessions for the purpose of promoting the club. If you do not wish to feature in the photos, please let the organiser know at the start of the session.
