Management of the worn dentition often has a myriad of solutions that can be confusing at times. This is because treatment planning has not always been carried out in a logical and pragmatic fashion. This course aims to demystify tooth wear management by using a tried and tested set of metrics you can use on all patients, allowing you to bring out a diagnosis and treatment plan to tackle the tooth wear with confidence. Based on the teaching of Dr John Kois, Dr Chandrapal will take you through the essentials of what is needed and how the metrics are used to arm you with confidence and a “cookbook” in tooth wear management.
Day One is lecture and seminar based whilst Day Two will consist of how we convert the theory into reality by treating our patients in minimally invasive methods of accurate transfer of our treatment plan to the patient. We will be working on management of the anterior and the posterior dentition using composite resin with all the tricks and tips you need to make your treatment predictable and accurate.
