Overview:
This educational session introduces participants to JBI gLOCAL Solutions and explores how digital and methodological tools can strengthen evidence-based practice. Presentations will highlight strategies for streamlining evidence synthesis from initial research questions through conclusions, enhancing rigor and transparency in reviews, and optimizing recruitment strategies for evidence-based projects. The session concludes with practical scoping review exemplars that offer real-world applications and lessons learned to support high-quality, methodologically sound reviews across diverse settings.
Objectives:
At the conclusion of the educational activity, participants will be able to:
1. Identify the purpose and key features of JBI gLOCAL Solutions in supporting evidence-based practice.
2. Describe how digital and methodological tools support efficient, rigorous evidence synthesis.
3. Apply selected tools and strategies to enhance rigor, transparency, and recruitment in evidence-based projects.
4. Summarize practical lessons from scoping review exemplars relevant to future review activities.
NCPD Credit:
Participants will earn 2.0 contact hours of nursing continuing professional development credit based on attendance.
