During this event, you will have the opportunity to explore the profound connection between sound, breath, and your body's natural rhythms. Through a series of guided exercises, you will learn to harness the power of your natural rhythms of healing in the season of transform.

In this class, we will do a quick review of stages 1-3 and then do a deep dive into stages 4-7 with a touch of stage 8. Learn new ways to transform your energy within and awaken your innate healing abilities.

Our expert facilitator will guide you with various healing techniques and breathwork techniques that will help you tap into your body's innate wisdom and enhance your overall well-being.
