Her punchy, melodic bass playing and unmistakable vocal presence were essential to Dead Moons power-trio dynamic, anchoring a fiercely independent body of work that continues to resonate across generations.Following the passing of drummer Andrew Loomis and Fred Cole,Toody carries the Dead Moon songbook forward with Kelly Haliburton (drums), her longtime bandmate from Pierced Arrows, and Christopher March (guitar) of Jenny Dont s catalog, delivering these songs with renewed urgency and reverence while preserving one of American rock s most enduring DIY legacies.
