As many are well aware, older adults in this country often take a tremendous number of pills each day. Some medications are absolutely necessary, but is there a way to decrease the number of pills we take, and why would we want to?
We will explore the issue of "Polypharmacy" how seniors' bodies store and process medications differently, and how we can try to take only what is necessary and helpful.
