Join us every Saturday morning for FREE long runs as we train together for Rock 'n' Roll San Jose! Each week we’ll tackle a new distance and a new scenic local route with support from our awesome experienced Onsite Captains. All paces and people welcome! 💪🔥
Meet-up spot: The Plex (800 Embedded Way San Jose 95138). The mileage goal will be 10 miles, 5 miles out southbound and back on the Coyote Creek Trail. All paces welcome and feel free to tailor the distance to meet your training goals.
Note:
1) Bring hydration and nutrition.
2) If currently navigating injury, please consider joining group workout when feeling better.
3) Can modify distance and walk when needed.
