Don’t miss the highly anticipated Friends of Chamber Music debut of pianist Tony Siqi Yun on Sunday January 5 4:00 PM in the beautiful Gates Concert Hall at the Newman Center for the Performing Arts (2344 E. Iliff Avenue Denver). Mr. Yun’s stunning program includes Beethoven’s “Appassionata” Sonata Brahms’s Theme and Variations in D minor and Schumann’s Symphonic Etudes. 

At just 23 years old Canadian pianist Tony Siqi Yun is a much sought-after soloist and recitalist. He was the Gold Medalist at the 2019 First China International Music Competition and was awarded the Rheingau Music Festival’s 2023 Lotto-Förderpreis. He has been a regular in Colorado over the last two years with performances in Aspen Boulder Vail and most recently with the Colorado Springs Philharmonic. Mr. Yun is a 2024 graduate of The Juilliard School where he was a recipient of the Jerome L. Greene Fellowship.
