It's time for our quarterly PARTY! Join us for a fun afternoon full of movement, tacos, good beer, and this time...a water balloon fight!About this Event
Our third seasonal party to date! Join us for a chance to visit with our Tone & Tap community, other fitness and beer lovers, and those looking to spice up their workout for the day. This day will begin with a 45 minute yoga flow, we'll take a quick break for a drink and some light bites and regroup for a HIIT workout! It's a hot summer, so we're taking this workout to a new level and adding a water balloon component! When we're done sweating it out, we'll hang while enjoying a delicious taco and nacho bar and some cold beer or kombucha!
