About this Event

Join us for a dramatic reading of Tomorrow's Child - a story about a young Ukrainian woman fleeing the upheaval of the Russian Revolution to make a new life in New York. Come and experience the first public performance of this play since its run on Broadway in 1917.

The reading will be introduced and delivered by members of the University of Glasgow, followed by a wine reception, generously supported by the College of Arts.

This collaborative event is raising vital funds for Scottish Refugee Council - a charity helping refugees to build new lives in Scotland. The event is ticketed on a donate-what-you-can basis. There will also be donation cans at the wine reception after the reading.

Event location: James Arnott Theatre, Gilmorehill, Glasgow

Date: Monday 16th January

Time: 14:00 - 17:00

*Please note: Donations are non-refundable. All proceeds will go to Scottish Refugee Council.
