Only 4 positional players. Snotling teams may exceed the rule stating that linemen may not exceed positionals.

SPP for skills: Tier 1 add 4 skill points; Tier 2 add 5 skill points; Tier 3 add 6 skill points; Tier 4 add 7 skill points.
Primary Skills may be added. 1 Primary skill per skill point.
No Secondary Skills (except for Tier 4 which can have 1 secondary skill for 1 skill point).
No player may have 2 skills added except for Tier 4 who can have 1 player with 2 primary skills.
No Stat increases.
A skill may only be repeated 3 times.
