In partnership with Michigan State University Extension, GTCD and Kara Lynch, Food Safety Educator at MSU Extension, will demonstrate safe tomato preservation techniques that can be utilized in your own kitchen. This class will focus on a wide range of preservation techniques, from water bath canning, freezing, and dehydrating, to provide something for the seasoned and novice home preservationists.When: Monday, July 27th from 5:00 - 7:00pm
