Tom Strange, Curator of the Sigal Music Museum, is a nationally recognized expert in historical keyboard instruments whose work has helped position the museum as one of the country’s premier centers for the study and preservation of early pianos. Known for his meticulous scholarship and hands-on approach to restoration, Strange has spent decades researching instrument makers, refining period-appropriate building techniques, and stewarding one of the most significant collections of early keyboards in the United States.
