Join us every last Tuesday of the month, for an evening of learning, networking, and real estate opportunities. April's Meetup is on Tuesday, April 28th, 2026.

The monthly meetup is for everyone - Whether you already have a current portfolio, or you’re just starting out and are curious about buying your first investment property. Even contractors, real estate agents, lenders and other real estate professionals are encouraged to attend.

This is the perfect space to connect with like-minded investors, share strategies, and build lasting relationships in the Toledo area... all centered around real estate with an emphasis on creative financing.

Info: While we wait for everyone to arrive, we can order snacks, food and beverages while starting conversations, meeting each other, and networking.

Info: After the social hour - and during the middle portion of the event - we have a seated portion for us all to learn about the current trends in Toledo's market, and grow together. We will typically hear about the current Toledo Real Estate Market, listen to any of our Guest Speakers (if scheduled for that month), and often have a short creative finance informational/learning/growth session. We will then typically end each seated portion with a short Q&A session to wrap this portion of the event up.
