It's Spring and the perfect time to visit Tolay Lake Regional Park in Petaluma off of Lakeville Hwy. This is one of my favorite places to paint. I hope you will all join me as we roam around the 3,000 acres of grasslands and Eucalyptus trees. I would love it if the cows are grazing nearby. After all, this is a working cattle ranch!
Let's meet in the parking lot at 10 am. Bring your paint supplies, a hat, sunscreen, plenty of water, a small stool or chair is handy, and even a picnic lunch. We'll have a "throw down", admire our artwork, and eat our lunch at 1:00pm at the picnic table by the parking lot. Parking is $7 or free if you have a Sonoma Regional Park Pass (great if you're a sketcher).
