TOLA Expo - Super Regional Event

Are you like many of us who have missed the in-person interactions with manufacturers over the last 12 months and are starting to cap your monthly Zoom sessions to maintain some sanity? Have you missed the experience of doing live auditions with some new audio gear where you not only get to listen to the product but can touch and interact with what you're listening to without imagining what it would sound like?   

Well, I am pleased to share with you that those days of interacting with manufacturers and experiencing new technology in person are back. On June 29th and 30th, at the World Trade Center in Dallas, is the first annual super-regional show called the 'TOLA Expo.'  

As a collaboration, 3 rep agencies (Bell & McCoy, Elite 3 Pro, Lucas Sales Group) have put together this technology event for custom integration groups across the Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas markets. Over the course of two days, the expo event will include various technology manufacturers ranging from brand leaders in the A/V sector like Sound United, AudioControl, and Samsung to technology innovators like Lutron in the lighting and shade sector. 

The expo event is free to you and will start each day at 8:30 am and run until 5:30 pm. Lunch will be provided both days, along with coffee and snacks in the morning so join us as early as you can or when it works best for your schedule. 

Regardless, the expo will be held on the 10th floor of the World Trade Center, where multiple venue suites will be set up to experience the latest in technology. There will also be education courses offered each day that you can choose to attend at no charge. Most of the courses offered will be product-based training sessions, but that course list, along with a way to register for any course, will be distributed to everyone once the schedule has been finalized. 

For parking on Tuesday, the 29th, you have the choice of free valet parking. Or, you can park in the garage in the back of the Dallas Market Center and ride the shuttle to the front entrance. On Wednesday, the 30th, there will be ample parking spots available in the front of the building with no valet or shuttle option needed. 

Since the Dallas Market Center requires a badge to enter the elevators, you will be asked to provide your name at the time of registration, along with the names of colleagues in your company that will be attending the event. There is a limit of 5 registrants per company during the initial registration rollout. After June 10th, if there are any registration slots available, the 5 person limit per company will be lifted, allowing more of your colleagues to register. There is a total max number of registration slots available for each day, so do not delay registering for the Expo.
