Togetherness Antenatal

Join us for an in-person journey through pregnancy, labour, birth, and caring for your baby.

For anyone expecting a baby: we welcome all parents and carers including mums, dads, partners, grandparents, and birth partners.

• Provide expert guidance on preparing for labour and birth as developed by midwives

• Introduce ideas about emotional health for parents and baby

• Build confidence about birth and parenting

• Think about the Solihull Approach model and theories for supporting connected, attuned relationships
• Create peer connections and supportive relationships for new parents
