🌿 What is Togethering?
Togethering is for those drawn to movement, to presence, and to the ways we come into relation.
It welcomes improvisers, dancers, musicians, artists and the simply curious. Anyone interested in what becomes possible in a shared field of awareness.
Each day begins in motion. Contact Improvisation is our way in, exploring principles of ground, space and attention. From there we follow what arrives in movement, in stillness, and in conversation with the land.
Not by planning, but by tending.
Not by doing, but by being with.
Rooted in the body. Fed by firelight and forest.
📍 Where We Will Be
Beech Hill is a living, growing project in the heart of Cheshire.
Twenty-seven acres of orchard, meadow and woodland hold a community shaped by food growing, rewilding and shared practice.
We will sleep in tents or simple indoor spaces. We will gather on the dance floor or beneath trees, share meals from the garden, and move through spaces shaped by earth, air and sky.
There are paths through long grass and young woodland, a fire circle, kitchen gardens and quiet places to be with the land.

• Shared indoor and outdoor spaces
📅 What Happens Each Day
Mornings Contact Improvisation to arrive in the body, the group and the place.
Afternoons Eco-somatic practice and movement in nature, following shared scores across forest paths, soft ground and open meadow.
Evenings Jams and firelight, improvised scores, shared movement, quiet soundings and time to integrate.
Participants are welcome to bring questions, practices or ways of working. We encourage collaboration and exchange.
🍃 What Is Included
• Three nights on the land (camping or indoor options)
• All plant-based meals
• Daily facilitated sessions
• Space to move, rest and explore
• Use of shared spaces and showers
💚 Contribution
Sliding scale from £150 to £240 per person
Choose what feels possible:
• £150 for those on lower income, students or artists between work
• £180 standard contribution
• £210 or more abundance tier to support others’ participation
Anything above the base cost helps offer reduced-rate places and sustain future offerings. If cost is a barrier, let us know in the application. Some mutual support places are available.
