Get moving and have fun together with games, laughter and playful stretching! This inclusive session encourages connection through shared movement, suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Enjoy a joyful, energising morning designed for carers and their children.These sessions are ideal for children aged 8+, but all ages are welcome. Bookings include one adult and one child. As this is a shared experience, your active involvement is essential. A 1:1 adult-to-child ratio ensures your child is safe and supported throughout.
