Come pray, play and love at - The Center for Higher Self - where we will rise together in devotion and adoration. Coming together in life's ceremony and opening to an embodied experience of the divine in all and especially in the divine within ourselves.

The day is stacked with unique offerings helping us build trust, unity and open heartedness as a community. We have incredible facilitators who will be guiding us through fun partner play such as acro, yoga and Thai massage. Mother cacao will further support us in sinking deeper into our hearts, bursting us open to the medicine of Tantric Healing Arts with a devotional Heart Puja and reflective discovery to further cultivate our trust in self and sacred connection.

With our hearts wide open, we will be given further tools to share that love and authentically relate on the dance floor in a non-verbal space, before taking off into our musical exploration of dance and multidimensional sound. With hearts full, we will close the evening from a place of shared overflow.

At Together We Rise, we have the opportunity to rest deeply into our own hearts and find the medicine within. Opening to the possibility of experiencing your higher self through adoration, forgiveness, healing and sharing deep unconditional love with our brothers and sisters.

Acro | Partner Yoga | Partner Thai Massage

Join us for an “all-levels” partner connection experience that involves Partner Yoga, Acro Yoga and Thai Massage. Come solo or with a partner. We will move through active poses, therapeutic poses and playful movements to bring us joy in our bodies. And through communication and connection, hopefully also joy in our hearts.

Cacao

An Indigenous myth recalls that when the earth and its people are out of balance, the cacao or raw chocolate will come out of the rainforest to open people’s hearts and return the planet to a state of harmony and balance. We are now living in that time.

The cacao ceremony, gifted from spirit as a tool to heal separation and move into oneness consciousness, uses meditation, dance, breath work, soft intimacy and the power of intention while working with one of the planet’s most powerful medicinal plants – Sacred CACAO. Made with love by sol.toniks

Discovery of Sacred Reflection

The gift of presence is the heart of this discovery. We will explore different methods to harmonize with a partner through the heart, breath and energetic communication. Finally sacred reflection is realized by verbal expressions of intimacy and giving becomes receiving in this heightened love exchange.

Tantra Heart Puja: Adoring the Divine

Tantra is the path of transformation. Transforming negative energies into positive ones doesn’t require particular skills, but instead to Love, everything that is arising in us, unconditionally.

A Puja is a devotional offering, a way of honoring and adoring the divine that dwells within each of us. Through this sacred ceremony we can realize the true nature of the Self and experience a state of total oneness.

Embodied Movement

With all the downloads and uplevels from the day, this movement activation is an invitation to integrate all your learnings in a non-verbal space. We will go through the fundamentals of ecstatic dance before setting you free into our musical journey.

Ecstatic Dance

With the intention to move the body, open the mind and touch the heart we will be weaving a meaningful tapestry of relating with self and others, where meditation and celebration can meet in dance.

Sini Sha started DJing Hip Hop on Vinyl in 2009 in Austria. Since then he has djed on three continents and all types of venues - from weddings to 1000+ people clubs. But he feels most in flow and free to express himself when ecstatically dancing to bass heavy beats. So he made Ecstatic Dance in the Church SF a center of his movement and spiritual practice before moving to Miami at the end of 2022.

His DJ style these days is influenced by hip hop, dancehall, global base and throwback music as well as ambient, tribal, epic and cinematic sounds. But more than anything he enjoys the idea of co-creating a journey with the dancers.
