Together Too - Celebrating the Development of Courageous Leaders!

MIT Sloan Executive Education, EF Education First and IESE Business School are pleased to host Together Too, inspired by and extending the Fred Leadership community that is committed to inclusive, transformational leadership.

Building on the success of our first Together event in 2022, we will convene in Cambridge MA on July 15-16 for two days to explore, reflect, share, inspire, celebrate, motivate and activate this incredible community to spread the fire for developing courageous leaders through our networks of influence.

We are curating an experience that is accessible, affordable and actionable. We are inviting thinkers, protagonists, and explorers like you to come and reflect on your own leadership journeys and challenges, share what’s new, what you need help with and what we can do next. Less Content. More Connection.

We will include explorations, like a visit to the Howe Innovation Center at the Perkins School for the Blind. We will vist both the MIT Sloan and EF Education First campuses in Cambridge. We will have a panel with recent college graduates starting out their leadership journey. We will debate with professors who teach about leadership, ethics and AI. And more.
