Come join speech-language pathologist and certified yoga teacher Lauren Pascucci for some yoga fun that brings together engaging stories and adventures with yoga and mindfulness activities.
This free program for toddlers with a parent features a new theme each session that shares a positive life lesson and supports early language, literacy, and social-emotional skills.
These sessions are geared toward ages 4 and under!
Mats are provided during practice, but consider wearing comfortable clothes and bringing water.
