Children ages 1-4 will participate in 30min themed classes with opportunities to move, stretch, breathe, and rest--with lots of giggles. Classes are led by Danielle Beiling MPH, a Ballard mom of two and certified children’s yoga instructor.

Caregivers of 1-2 year olds are required to participate. Caregivers of independent 3-4 year olds may participate or stay on premises.
Come on time to settle in before class.
$10/student/class. Payment is due upon arrival via cash or venmo.
Yoga squares provided for participants. You are also welcome to bring your favorite yoga supplies.
New students required to email liability waiver to [email protected] prior to first class.
