Join us April 27th for our Toddler Bedtime yoga event where we will read and move to The Very Hungry Caterpillar. We will start our 90 minute bedtime yoga event with our 30 minute toddler time. Our toddler time introduces young children to basic yoga concepts using many creative ways. After our movement-based time we will transition into community-based art and mindfulness activities that are fun for the whole family. Light snacks and water served.
