Train with TODAY FIT for the 2024 Dubai T100 Sprint Triathlon to race in Dubai on November 15th, 2024! With just a 750m swim, 5km run, and 20km cycle, sprint triathlons are the perfect entry point for anyone with triathlon ambitions.

Triathlon has never been more accessible with TodayFit’s triathlon package, powered by Dubai’s one-stop triathlon shop, Sported.ae. You can turn off your brain and just train, as we’ve got your coaching, nutrition, bike rental and kit sorted.

You can expect to excel and gain the foundations for future triathlon success, as you will be trained by one of Dubai’s premier triathlon coaches, David Hunt - a triathlete with 20 years experience and owner of Sported.ae. David is a Trisutto-certified coach (the gold standard for tri coaches) with over two decades of triathlon experience. He has trained many individuals to greatness thanks to his meticulous planning and passion for providing top-notch coaching. We are very fortunate to have him, and this is an opportunity not to be missed!

Included in this training package, you can attend 7 face-to-face sessions a week, plus a take-home coaching package to complement the in-person sessions, along with nutritional advice.

This 8-week programme will kick off with our team session at Surf House on September 17th, when bike and kit fittings will also take place. It will conclude on race day - Friday, November 15th - when we will embark on the Dubai T100.
