Bring your mat and a plaid or hoodie/socks as your body temperature may drop during the experience.

Kindly refrain from any heavy food 2 hours before, as breathing might come on the way of your digestion

How to get there:

By car: Take Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) towards Dubai and exit at interchange 5. Merge onto Umm Suqeim Road (D63) and follow the signs to Souk Madinat Jumeirah. Once inside the Madinat Jumeirah complex, follow the internal roads to the parking areas near the souk.
By public transportation: Take the Dubai Metro to the Mall of the Emirates station. From there, you can take a taxi or use a ride-sharing service for a short distance to the entrance of Souk Madinat Jumeirah.
By taxi: You can also take a taxi or request a ride-hailing service to Madinat Jumeirah complex, from anywhere in Dubai. It is a famous destination and most drivers will be familiar with the location.
