Toastmasters Leadership Institute

From the auspicious opening to the closing session, Winter TLI will add tips and techniques to your educational toolbox and earn your club credit towards its Distinguished Club Program goals.

Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) is presented in five sessions: two Friday night (June 3 - online) and three Saturday morning (June 4 - hybrid)

Friday night offers two no-frills, let's-getter'-done sessions. Starting at 6:30 PM, and the last session ends at 8:20 PM.

Kicking off the day on Saturday, keynote Jana Barnhill, DTM, PIP, AS, speaks to us about excellence in education. Her treasure trove of experience in leadership and communication makes her the perfect Toastmaster to start a day of educational achievement.

She is followed by District 7 Director Dr. Gwendolyn Avington, DTM, who will share her vision for the second half of the Toastmasters year.

After a short break, everyone will attend their sessions of choice. There will be a short break after each session. After the final session, everyone will reassemble in Mane Hall for announcements, recognition, and raffle.

Please note:

• Club officers must attend the session corresponding to their office for Distinguished Club Program (DCP) credit

• Elective sessions do not count toward DCP credit

• Club Officer Training and separate Elective tracks are offered on both days

Once you register, you will receive the full Program via email around January 1, 2025. The Program contains all the links to the Zoom rooms for Friday and Saturday sessions.
