Join us for an extraordinary evening that pairs the vibrant energy of the solstice with a meticulously crafted multi-course menu and a spectacular showcase of premium Australian viticulture.
From crisp, refreshing whites perfect for a summer evening to rare, aged cellared "Specials" (including the exceptional 2005 Pirramimma Cabernet Sauvignon), we have curated a selection that highlights the incredible depth, history, and diversity of Australia’s finest wine regions.
