Come join her as this event is suitable for beginners of all ages, learn the art of weaving while making a beautiful woven wall hanging for your home. In this class, you will be introduced to the weaving process, master different tapestry weaving techniques, and learn how to create a loom with any household object.

Meet the Artist: Claire Kiester
Claire Kiester is a fiber artist, printmaker and installation artist. She aims to reduce her waste as an artist by utilizing recycled materials and eco-friendly production methods. In recent projects, she is exploring pattern and repetition as a visual tool and performative process of making. This work investigates the systems within our society and the residue they leave behind.
