To the Mooon

WE’RE GOING TO THE MOOON.

Chicago’s dopest underground artists hit the stage for a live rap competition where only the strongest move forward.

To The Mooon is a three-round showdown of bars, presence, and performance. Competitors will create original work on site and go head-to-head in timed rounds.

The event runs 8PM–2AM, with DJ Sleepy on the decks all night, setting the tone from start to finish.

Hosted by 5x Emmy Award winner Sista Afrika
Judged by 2x Grammy Award winner GLC, Taylor Bennett, and Forever Band

After the final round, the night opens up into a party and networking experience from 12AM–2AM.

How to Submit:
Submit directly at wordtaffy.com/tothemooon. Deadline is May 10.

What to expect:
Three-round rap competition (8PM–12AM)
$200 grand prize, 4 judges, and crowd participation
Live performances by Zion Ali and comedian ChickenWang
Live DJ all night
Gift bags with merch and goodies will be available for the first 75 guests
Food and drinks available for purchase
Creative vendors on site throughout the night

One raffle ticket for the giveaway

Location details will be shared after ticket purchase.
Early Bird and GA Tier 1 tickets are only valid for entry before 10:30 PM.
Arrival after 10:30 PM will require an additional charge.
