Reservations Open Monday, January 20 @ 10am UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED (clinic usually fills up in a few minutes, first come, first serve, no waiting list)FERAL/Stray Outdoor CATS ONLY - MUST COME IN BOX TRAP--NO EXCEPTIONS! This is for the safety of our volunteers.
ALL CATS WILL BE EAR TIPPED FOR IDENTIFICATION!

**SPACE IS LIMITED--2 Cats Per Berks Colony and 1 Outside Berks--please complete form & follow instructions
Microchip $5 extra.
Ovaban Birth Control Available for $5 a bottle.
Bring a secure hard plastic carrier (NO ZIP TIES!) for recovery with 2 towels.
All items must be labeled with your LAST Name and Cat's Name!
EXACT Cash Only due at time of admit.
PICK UP SAME DAY at designated times between 11-2pm.
