• The tickets are open to all.
• Each student is allowed to purchase five tickets only.
• No refunds or exchanges will be issued once the ticket is purchased.
• Tickets are non-transferable. Please ensure the name on the ticket matches your student ID.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Alcohol Policy: This is a dry event. Any attendee found with alcohol will be immediately removed without a refund.
2. Behavior: Respectful conduct is expected at all times. The organizers reserve the right to remove anyone who disrupts the event.
3. Photography & Media: Photos and videos will be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed.
4. Age Restriction: This event is open to all aged 18+.
5. No Outside Food/Beverages: Outside food or drinks are not allowed inside the venue.

• TMSU, Verdi Convention Centre, and the event organizers are not liable for any injuries, theft, loss of personal belongings, or damages incurred during the event.
• Attendees are responsible for their own safety and well-being throughout the event.
• TMSU will not be held responsible for any cancellations or changes in the event schedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, venue issues, etc.).
• By purchasing a ticket, attendees waive any claims of liability against TMSU and its affiliates.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Inability to attend
• Last-minute cancellations
• Personal emergencies

• Attendees are encouraged to wear masks but are not required to do so.
• Hand sanitizers will be available throughout the venue.
• If you feel unwell on the day of the event, we kindly request that you stay home to ensure the safety of others.

1. Sensory Advisory (Sound & Noise Levels):
   This event will feature live Qawwali music with amplified sound. Attendees with sensory sensitivities to loud noise or strong auditory stimuli are advised to take necessary precautions, such as bringing ear protection. Unfortunately, a designated quiet area will not be available during the event.
2. Strobe Lighting and Visual Effects:
   The event may include strobe lighting and other visual effects. Attendees with light sensitivity or conditions such as photosensitive epilepsy should exercise caution.

   The Verdi Convention Centre is wheelchair accessible. If you require any special accommodations, please contact the event organizers at least 5 days in advance at .
2. Personal Belongings:
   TMSU and the venue are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep your belongings with you at all times.
3. Medical Emergencies:
   In case of a medical emergency, onsite staff will assist in contacting emergency services. Attendees are responsible for their own medical needs.
   Note: If you have a known medical condition that may require assistance, we recommend attending with a companion.
