TM Refresher Course

We gladly invite you to renew your experience and understanding of the Transcendental Meditation technique with us on Sunday, July 23rd at 12:30pm.

A Refresher is a comprehensive, single-session review of the four-day TM course, including the do's and don’ts of how to meditate correctly; an understanding of the many experiences that can occur during TM practice; questions and answers about personal experiences; and a relaxing group meditation. The refresher lasts about 2 hours.

This Refresher Course is being led by Phil Bombace. Phil has been practicing TM for over 55 years. He became a teacher in 1970 while on a 4 month training course with Maharishi in Rishikesh, India. He went on to teach at various universities and colleges, such as, Yale, UC Berkeley, Stanford, ASU and University of Arizona and coordinated all TM activity in Connecticut and Arizona. Phil has taught thousands of people the TM technique over the years and has lead many Residents Courses and given many Advanced Lectures.

***Anyone who has learned TM is welcome to attend.***

Our TM Refreshers Courses have limited capacity and tend to book out quickly, with many people on the waiting list. We are happy to reserve your seat at the upcoming refresher course, however we ask that if your plans change please let us know at least 48 hours before the event so we can let someone from the waiting list fill your empty seat.
