TJ Viola LIVE @ The Delancey NYC

TJ Viola is a 21 year old singer, keyboardist, songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist hailing from New York City. TJ began his musical journey in his hometown of North Caldwell, New Jersey, and has been performing professionally since the age of 13. With the help of his brother, John Baab, TJ grew well-versed in music production by age 15, and wound up producing for many underground artists for several years.

Recently, TJ has appeared for performances at Arlene’s Grocery, Rockwood Music Hall, The Bowery Electric, Sourland Music Festival, and Roy’s Hall, as the former keyboardist for Water Street and the current keyboardist for Michelle Rescigno. Viola also writes and produces his own music, having a total of four studio singles out by March 7th, 2023. Some of TJ’s primary influences include TOTO, Michael Jackson, Charlie Puth, Jacob Collier, Dirty Loops, Stevie Wonder, and Phil Collins. TJ is also trained in both classical and jazz music, being a current student at the Manhattan School of Music in Harlem, which also plays a big role in his writing and production.
