Donnafugata, nhà rượu trứ danh tại vùng Sicily - niềm Nam nước được thành lập từ năm 1983, nổi tiếng với việc sản xuất ra những dòng rượu tinh túy mang phong cách và dấu ấn đặc trưng của đảo.
Những nốt vang được giới thiệu trong sự kiện lần này bao gồm những dòng rượu danh giá Isolano và Tancredi hợp tác với Dolce & Gabbana… kết hợp hoàn hảo với thực đơn mang nét phong phú của ẩm thực Ý được tuyển chọn và chế biến tài tình bởi Đầu Bếp Khách Mời Davide Calo từ khách sạn Kimpton Maa-lai Bangkok.
Thực khách sẽ được thưởng thức những món khai vị thanh nhã, tiếp nối với Risotto phô mai pecorino và tiêu đen; Fettuccine sốt phô mai parmesan; cá Tuyết nướng đậm vị; thăn bò Wagyu kết hợp rau rocket; khép lại bằng bánh crepe nhân kem sữa trứng hạt phỉ thơm ngậy.

Donnafugata, a prestigious Italian winery located in the heart of Sicily and found in 1983, offers a collection of wines that reflect the island’s rich cultural heritage and diverse terroirs.
This event features a curated selection of Donnafugata's finest wines, renowned for their refinement and craftsmanship, featuring the distinguished Isolano and Tancredi, co-branded with Dolce & Gabbana and paired with a special set menu prepared by Guest Chef Davide Calo from Kimpton Maa-lai Bangkok.
The culinary journey begins with antipasti, followed by Risotto with pecorino cheese and black pepper; Fettuccine with parmesan; Baked toothfish; Wagyu striploin with baby wild rocket, parmesan cheese and balsamic; concludes with crepes filled with hazelnut custard cream.
