Pittsburgh, summer's here and there's no better way to burn off the heat than sweating it out on the dance floor. TITLE TOWN takes over Spirit on August 1st with five hours of nonstop rare soul, funk, disco, Motown, and more — strictly on vinyl.
Northern soul, deep funk, rhythm & blues, Latin boogaloo - early '60s to late '70s, handpicked records for one of the best dance floors in the city. Bettye Lavette, Otis Redding, Joe Bataan, The Impressions, Martha and the Vandellas, Ann Peebles, and plenty more.

Bringing freshness to Pittsburgh since 2009, TITLE TOWN stays true to its original sound - residents J.Malls & Gordy G. take you on a journey across the musical landscape, resurrecting deep soul, funk, Motown, and disco cuts from the early-1960s through the early 1980s. Expect rarities from The Cashmeres, Family of Eve, and Timeless Legend mixed with with stone cold classics from Marvin Gaye, Sly & the Family Stone, Etta James, The Delfonics, and more.
