All Sales Final: no refunds or exchanges. Prices are subject to change while supplies last.
Must be 21+ to participate. Valid Photo ID must be able to compare with guest. ID's will be checked and bag searches will be conducted randomly (discretion of Captain).
Do Not Miss the Boat: Gates close at 9:50pm. Cruise leaves sharply at 10pm. Absolutely NO Refunds or exchanges. We reserved a spot for you on our cruise.
Dress Code: This is a fun Masquerade Cruise! Semi-Formal attire with mask preferred, but all costumes are welcomed. Masquerade masks can be small pieces that only cover the eyes to large masks that may include oversized noses or beaks. Masks must be easily removable prior to entering for ID verification.
No weapons will be tolerated including: toy swords, knifes and or guns regardless if they do not appear to be real or not. No long flowing or vision impairing costume that may cause a tripping hazard.
Disclaimer: VIP Nightlife and City Cruises have the discretion to turn away any guest because of costume or attitude. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and or to confiscate any props to a costume that may deem inappropriate or dangerous.

Bag Requirements: The only permitted bags that are allowed onboard the vessel must meet the following requirements: All bags must be completely clear and no larger than 6 inches long and 5 inches tall. Any other bags or purses will not be allowed onboard.
Please Note: VIP Nightlife , DC Nightlife , and City Cruises are not responsible for personal items unattended for or left on the vessel by its guests.
Parking: City Cruises does not own or operate any parking lots in the area. Local parking is available at The Wharf Parking Garage. There is also metered street parking in area (fees do apply and you park at your own risk). Bus drop-off and pick-up is located on Main Ave SW.
* Make sure to give yourself plenty of time to find parking. DC Nightlife and Hornblower Cruises are not responsible for any parking lots.
Party Responsibly: Please DO NOT Drink & Drive. Opt for Ride Share Apps (Lyft or Uber), a taxi service or designated driver.
