'Tis Autumn

MUSIC, COCKTAILS AND NO COAT REQUIRED
Fall in Houston: 82 degrees, one decorative leaf, and absolutely no reason to waste a good outfit.
Slip into Ovations Night Club for a one-night-only evening of Broadway, jazz and Great American Songbook favorites with Kelli Estes, Sarah Brindley and, making her LSL Cabaret Stage debut, GRAMMY®-nominated soprano Krista Renée Pape.
Backed by the terrific trio of Andrew Lienhard on piano, David Craig on bass and Ben Atkinson on drums—with Jim Elliott setting the mood in lights—the evening moves from smoky standards to Broadway wit and late-night swing.
Expect favorites including “Autumn Leaves,” “Moondance,” “Polka Dots and Moonbeams” and the wonderfully frazzled “I’m in the Middle of a Muddle,” plus more songs made for cocktails, conversation and a little autumn romance.
Think Autumn in New York—lose the coat, add the cocktail.
Before the holidays take over, take one fabulous night for yourself in Houston’s own New York-style cabaret room in Rice Village.
Broadway. Jazz. Cocktails. Autumn—Houston style.
