At TIPS, we believe compassion belongs to everyone. Whether you’re human, feline, loud, quiet, colorful, awkward, rescued, or still figuring things out — you deserve kindness, safety, and a place where you belong.
We’ll be out sharing information about TNR, community cats, fostering, ColonyKind, and all the ways neighbors can come together to make Clark County a little softer and more compassionate for everybody.
