Are you ready to get a little bit tippy? Tippy Lyra flips your typical Lyra on its head and then right back again! In this workshop, we will cover some fundamental mechanics of Tippy Lyra and learn how to navigate the chaos of this wobbly hoop. We’ll work on safe mounts (and dismounts), poses, and some spanset play! Pre-requisites:
Ability to do clean pullover
At least one pull up
Ten second short arm hold
Pike mount
Ability to hold a pike under bar, pencil under bar, and splits under bar
