The registration packet includes: 1) Welcome message, convention location, and hotel accommodations, 2) registration form with food choices, 3) local attractions, 4) featured artist and guest artist/speakers. 5) Excellence In Bonsai Exhibition categories, 6) Guided Botanical Garden Tours information, 7) convention schedule (as shown below), 8) Liability Waiver, and 9) Shohin & Mame Exhibition Entry Form.

REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL YOU FILL OUT THE REGISTRATION FORM AND LIABILITY WAIVER FROM THE LSBF WEBSITE

* Full registration is required to participate in any workshop, seminar, and/or lecture. Registration Form includes your meal choice.

9:00am-5:00pm: Seminars occur and Vendor Area (Main Atrium) open to all guests

9:00am-12-noon: Lecture and Demonstration by Suthin in the Lecture Room

10:00am-5:00pm: Exhibit Area open to guests in the Main Atrium

10:00am-2:00pm: Hospitality Area open in Commons

1:00pm-2:00pm: Guided Tour of Japanese Garden #1

1:30pm-4:30pm: Event Workshop #1, BYOT with Suthin in Commons

1:30pm-4:30pm: Event Workshop #2, Kusamono with Soon Chuah in Lecture Room

1:30pm-4:30pm: Event Lecture #3, Irrigation for Bonsai Anthony Cutola in Lecture Room

3:00pm-4:00pm: Guided Tour of Japanese Garden #2

5:00pm: Exhibit Room and Vendor Area closed to the public

5:00pm-6:00pm: Cocktail Hour with Cash Bar in Lecture Room

6:00pm-8:00pm: Awards Dinner for Full Registrants in Commons

8:00am-11:30am: Registration table open to all guests

8:00am-10:00am: Hospitality Area open for donuts, coffee, and beverages in Commons

8:00am-11:30am: Exhibit Area, Vendor Area open, and Self-sale table open to all

8:15am-9:00am: Critique of Shohin Displays with Suthin in Exhibit Area

8:30am-11:00am: Event Workshop #4 - Azaleas for Shohin with David Kreutz in Lecture Room

8:30am-11:00am: Event Workshop #5 - Better Bonsai with Technology in Lecture Room

9:00am-10:00am: Guided Tour of Japanese Garden #3

9:15am-11:00am: Critique of Individual Shohin Trees and winners with Suthin in Welcome Area

11:30am: Doors closed to the public

11:30am-12:30pm: Docent Tour of Japanese Garden #4

2:00pm: All materials and guests to be out of the building. Feel free to enjoy the Botanical Gardens and Fort Worth!
