Join us for Tiny N Tall Rescue's FIRST ever 5k Run at Schaumburg Wintrust Stadium, home of the Boomers Baseball Team! You don't have to be a runner to sign up, feel free to walk! Run will begin at 11:00am. Runners are also welcome (and encouraged!) to bring with their canine sidekick to join the run (or walk) with them!
Following the run, everyone and their pups, are invited into the ballpark for the Bark in the Park and Schaumburg Boomers Baseball game! Doors open at 12:00pm and Game starts at 1:00pm. Concessions will be open, many different vendors attending, lots of free giveaways and raffles, and a Baseball Game! A fun filled day all for a good cause to help us continue our mission rescuing, providing, caring for and loving all of our Tiny N Tall rescue dogs!
Each 5K Runner Registration includes:
Race Bib, Water Bottle, Lanyard, Drawstring Bag, 5k T-Shirt, Medal on race day, and one ticket for the Schaumburg Boomer's Baseball game after the 5K run. All Registered runners race packets will be mailed out the end of June with their T-shirt, Race bib and a course map and instructions. Medals will be given out at race day! The cost is $49.99 per runner.
Not really into running, but love Baseball?? We also have tickets just for the Boomer's Baseball game that you can purchase separately! Doors open for Bark in the Park at 12:00pm and the Baseball Game starts at 1:00pm. Tickets are $12.00 each!
And did we mention the best part? Participants for the 5k and attendees for the baseball game can bring their DOGS!!!
